Thank you very much for your submission of abstract to the Conference. Now, due to the limited numbers of the presentation spots as well as the large numbers of the submissions, the Conference Steering Committee will select the best suitable abstract to the main theme. Therefore, it may be ended up with only one presentation even if selected.

Please access the website below to submit the papers for the Proceedings.
When submitting your papers, enter the title, three to four keywords, and the dates of your stay in Morioka.
Please prepare the papers for the Proceedings in the designated format and submit them in a PDF format.
Instructions for submission
- (1) Click the "Paper Submission" button below, log in, and access My Page.
- (2) Click the Abstract Add/Confirm button.
- (3) Click the "Papers for the Proceedings" button on the papers for the Proceedings page and submit.

Submissions must be made via the website below.
Please provide the title, three to four keywords, and an abstract of approximately 350-500 words at the time of submission.
Please submit your abstract in PDF format.
Acceptance or rejection will be notified at the end of April.
After your abstract submission, the Secretariat will contact you at a later date about the submission of the papers for the Proceeding .
